If QuickBooks won’t print, the user can rename the QuickBooks Qbprint.qbp file and then try printing QuickBooks again.
Try printing a file with a similar format and type to see if the problem is with the software or the file type and format.
If you can, print in small batches.
Ensure the most recent version of the printer''s driver is installed.
Make sure the printer is linked to a reliable network.
Verify that the printer settings for QuickBooks desktop are set up properly.

Step 1: Make sure the printer is setup correcrtly. Turn off the printer, restart your computer, and then turn the printer back on.
Step 2: Make sure the printer is the right one. In QuickBooks, go to the File menu and select Printer Setup.
Step 3: Print to a different printer.
